I’m a board-certified psychiatrist who was diagnosed with nearly everything I was trained to treat. The symptoms were managed; the cause was never touched. I healed by remembering who I am, and now I help others do the same.

I was the patient before I was the doctor. I survived nearly every condition I am now trained to treat.
I did everything the system told me to do. It kept me functioning. It never reached the root. Here is what I learned the hard way: we were trained to manage symptoms, not to heal the soul. The word psychiatry comes from psyche, which means soul. Somewhere the field forgot that.
Nothing in my training brought me back. It was remembering who I really am. So I walked away from the partner track, with the loans and no plan, and gave my life to one thing. A new paradigm of health, consciousness and freedom, and helping people remember they are who they have been looking for.
I live what I teach.
I do not teach what I have not lived. I have walked through depression, anxiety, and my own dark night of the soul, and come out the other side. The peace I help people come home to, I had to find it first.
