However, this Website and its content are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute the practice of medicine, psychiatry, therapy, or any other healthcare service. No physician-patient relationship is created by your visit to the Website or your purchase of products or services from us. Information you submit through Website forms, marketing inquiries, or community platforms is NOT protected health information under HIPAA.
